The Royalty Analyst is responsible for assisting with the creation and management of data analytics used for licensor forecasting, internal forecasting and royalty accounting. The role works cross-functionally (with Accounting, Licensing, Sales, Product Development, Demand Planning) to gather information on historical performance and upcoming activities to produce output as accurate as possible.
 
What You’ll Do
  • Track forecasting performance historically to identify change drivers on a quarterly basis.
  • Build and maintain Excel workbooks to automate forecasting template creation and calculations for Licensors.
  • Pull and clean data from various Funko sources for forecasting use.
  • Assist with the creation of Hardlines and Softlines forecasts for Licensors.
  • Create historical forecast to actual comparisons to track margin of accuracy for major partners.  
  • Create and update Minimum Guarantee Tracking Report monthly for Loungefly, Mondo, and Games divisions.
  • Build, update, and maintain historical data set for Loungefly and Mondo.
  • Provide ad-hoc sales information for interdepartmental requests.
 
What You’ll Bring
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment and build interdepartmental relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an environment with a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
  • Results-driven with a strong bias for action.
  • Advanced level MS Excel skills.
  • Microsoft NAV, Oracle, or Perfect Fit experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, data management, analytics, or similar field; or 2+ equivalent years of experience in field.
Salary Information 
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $80,000 – 82,0000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

 The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
